Paul and Don, The dow near it's all time high while the NAZ has dropped is sign that there is flight to quality, (So call defensive issues) It's a last gasp action, an indication of a top. Also, I did a scan of 3000+ stocks that I keep a taps on, you wouldn't believe the number of Utlilities that are making new highs people are searching for places to park their money. All signs of a market top. There are three conditions that point to a bear market, 1) Deflation, 2)High PEs, 3) Inverted yield curve, we have never had a bear market with out one of those three conditions. WE MIGHT GET ALL THREE AT ONCE!!! Greg
