Best of luck on the move. Yes moving is stressful.. Another reason fewer families move as we are all getting older thus supply remains tighter in good built out single family areas.

Of course can always put your stuff in storage for a while till you figure it all out might lessen the stress. Can use that extra freedom to your advantage.
