James, I would also imagine that if material was properly referenced as to the author, as in movies and books, and not for profit, it would also not be a problem. The problem I see is that a lot of the stories on the web are stories that someone else wrote and then were added to by someone else. I would imagine this is where the problem has arisen. I have seen examples, although I can say, not on this thread.
