I binged the spreen (no pun intended) - interesting green. It can grow to 8 feet tall. The best parts are the edible growing tips which when harvested makes the plant bushy as you can imagine. It contains oxalic acid but no particular warning past cooking it in a steel, not aluminum pan. The leaves are huge and triangular in shape. Did you eat the leaves or growing tips?
