I'd buy a tabletop convection oven if I had room, but I don't, so will have to do without. We're having the hottest Summer I can ever remember, and fortunately moved into a house that has a heat pump, so we're staying cool. A little worried about the river..............it's extremely low. We're on wells here, so that's a concern too.
