Lucretius, I tried to find the post that someone made concerning Fidelity selling the oil drillers. They referenced the fact that Fidelity insured their profits by buying puts. I think I understand, but could someone please explain it again. Also, by selling off this way (covering with puts) what position are they in when they want to reenter. Thanks, Daniel
