Luis,

I just lurk ever so often on this thread, so this issue may have already been addressed.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it is my understanding that the Nasdaq is pressuring companies under $1.00/share that if the price of the stock is not increased over $1.00 than it will be moved over to the bulletin board.

I also understand that such deadline is only a few months. Unfortunately I have another stock which reversed split almost at the same time as CARPR and is now under $1.00 and they are now being pressured to raise the price by January or it will be moved to the bulleting board.

Then there is the possibility of another reverse split, which this other company is faced with.

Has this already been discussed and if so, please direct me to the appropiate post.

Seeya
