GENC: Recurring company on one of my value screens - debt free, trading less than cash on balance sheet, FCF positive (TTM), negative EV. Key stats: Mkt Cap: 97.2m Debt: 0.0 Cash: 97.4m EV: -0.2m EBITDA (TTM): 0 FCF (TTM): 4m Share Price: 10.07 Cash Per Share: 10.23 (P/C ~ 0.96) BV Per Share: 12.02 (P/B ~0.82) CA - Total liabilities = 108m vs. 97m mkt cap = NCAV ~0.9x Also note highly variable earnings (EBITDA) and FCF track record (hence the low valuation?) Any thoughts on this one?
