The guy has the worst attendance and voting record IN the Senate. His funders just see the Senate as a stepping stone. If he doesn't get pres, he wants VP or Cabinet, so, he'll still have a job.

If he wants VP this cycle, he better hope Jeb is not the presidential candidate. He would bring nothing to a Jeb ticket. Of course, Rubio is relatively young.........he could sit out this cycle and still run for VP later. I doubt he ever will be presidential material..........more lightweight than even Paul Ryan. The only thing going for him is he's Latino........and even that's not a clear cut win..........since he's Cubano.
