There are a lot of policy similarities, as there are differences. But you are ignoring governance. Hillary cannot govern. Her background of incompetent corruption will lead to a runaway IRS blocking fee speech and harassing law abiding citizens, a justice department that will ignore criminals and harass the law abiding, a military more concerned with social programs than defense, and more sleaze and cover-ups than any president in history. None of the republican candidates will give you these things, even the ones who agree on policy with Hillary.
