MF is money flow and the formula I use is
sum{uptick_size x price) - sum{downtick_size x price}.
I pay a lot of attention to block (size >= 10K) activity.

IOM ... my judgement is based on the recent block selling.
As for it bouncing off 200ema, they always do that the first
attempt. It can be a bottom or the start of serious decline.
