Geoffrey many thanks for your insight - an excellent find from the Yahoo boards that helps explain the persistently low valuation. It seems like as long EJ Eliot remains at the helm, this stock may languish. With all that cash however, and this being the age of the activist, I wonder could Mr Eliot repel a determined activist? I wonder if there are takeover protections in place? His treatment of shareholders also seems strangely counter-productive - a more shareholder friendly approach would surely increase the share price and his family's net worth.
