Mila, thats really nice of them not to compete against their employees. And I thought the lack of follow through on the stock buyback thing might have something to do with the fact that they're pretty strapped for cash given that cash has decreased to 3.4 million as of 10/31/97 (and much of that may be restricted if I recall correctly) and they do have bills to pay. A current ratio of 1.18 is not normally the type of balance sheet that inspires stock buyouts. But it's good to know that they're just being nice. They sure seem like nice folks over there.
