This stock appears to be turning around. First Call estimates of 1998 earnings is .20, which puts it's estimated P/E ratio at 19.

Debt is a still a problem, but a large pay down of debt following the sale of the lithotripsy business, plus the restructuring of the existing debt load should help a great deal.

There is also a suit pending against Price Waterhouse, who was Caremark's auditors. Caremark transferred all claims against Price Waterhouse to Coram as part of the settlement.

I am looking forward to the announcement of 4Q earnings. Estimate is -.01.
