You HAVE the law you want but your state government can't enforce it and most NY counties are in open rebellion. That's the power of the second amendment for you. What's the state gonna do when a million armed citizens give Cuomo the finger? Your neighbors are telling the state to take it's 2 year old gun law and stuff it!
