If you think they really are screwing people, shouldn't you go to the local FBI office and report them? It DOES appear Dillon is raising money just to finance his lifestyle. If not, an FBI inquiry would not hurt. I have no idea how Dillon has been able to raise money but if he has been using a broker dealer, they should be reported as well, because they should have done their due diligence.

Have you or your friend taken any action?

I hope these are just delays and that this is not a scam.
