TXD: Most of what you've taken as fact is information posted by Jake.

Since we're unable to tell which parts are true and which parts are false (he's already retracted one of the most important things he posted), we really can't accept any of it (yet). I would certainly put the "former FBI" stuff with the "significant explosions" until it's confirmed.

Rest assured that any major brokerage covering ZOLT has done enough homework to prevent being duped as badly as you're suggesting. Especially when the stock has such a volatile history and the company is marketing such an emerging product.
