Volume is finally increasing to the point where it's worth taking notice. I'm not ready to jump in front of the knife for the very long term but I'm definitely watching for trade potential.

I'm not really up to par on the basics and fundamentals of most of the miners, so I'm more a chart watcher at this time. The charts are saying time to take notice and watch for strength, IMO.
