Some may have cried wolf David but if you check Ralieghs post he usually got pretty close. I also agree that we finally apprear to have arrived at a growth stage with FTEL.

The Intrine order alone will certainly improve our revs. These revs of 2.5 mill are likely to be spread over 3 Q's since there is a 6 month shipment schedule and we started shipping this month.

There is also the additional recruring revs from Intrine from the Rev sharing agreement in the deal. ( from the press release)

"Franklin Telecom and the unnamed customer have agreed to form a partnership to share in the ownership and revenue of the network of
Data/Voice System. "

The hardware alone provides combined with the Sep 30 numbers ( BFD I hear you say) gives 2.74 mill which is 1 mill or 59% growth over the 1996 Fiscal ( ends June 30th 97 ).

The current stage of FTELs life is easily the most nerve wracking for investors in a company. The company has just completed the development of its lifeblood product lines DVG/Channelbank FXO and has them in the hands of the early implementers for evaluation. At least two eval periods are expiring in early Jan one of which is known to have involved 5 competitors hardware. This is not even talking about those carrier contracts.

Janurary is going to be interesting.

Martin
