Assuming, arguendo, there weren't other problems with your argument:

You are likely aware of periods known as the "Little Ice Age" and the "Medieval Warming Period" -- periods of unusual cool or warmth. (Mann, et al., have tried to disappear these at times, to no avail). You also are undoubtedly aware we're talking about tenths, in some cases, 100ths of degrees in "recorded history" of 130 years.

What, specifically, makes you confident that your purported warmest years on record are not simply the beginnings of yet another period of climate doing what it does?*

* Keeping in mind that the claims of a "hockey stick" have been refuted and proved false, thus, going solely on the minuscule increase you are claiming has happened since 1998.
