I don't want things to move too fast either. We have earnings in Jan. With the exception of possible non-recurring costs, earnings should at least be heading a little north. We may have a surprise in revs. I agree that 60 would have to be accepted in cash. 60 in WCOM paper would not be. As we all have said, the longer we build out, the more it will be worth. Remember, we are accumulating a lot of long term debt. If you look at LT debt vis-a-vis earnings, who would buy it now ? The potential of WCII is not a household word------yet.

I don't think we will see a buyout. I think we will see a partial buyout or a partnership of some kind.
