Idiot Celebs Make Infomercial to Let Iran Get Nukes

Every terrible product that is likely to kill you needs a third-rate celebrity endorsement.

Every terrible product that is likely to kill you needs a third-rate celebrity endorsement. Nukes for Iran is no different.

This is one of those videos that will live on long after Iran has nuked us, gotten nuked or we've all gotten nuked by space aliens as people watch it and wonder why Jack Black is screaming "I won't even be able to play frisbee with my sons because there won't be a frisbee" while fondling a frisbee.

So if you still had any doubts about the wisdom of letting Iran get nukes, prepare for a painful 3-minute infomercial featuring forced humor from a star-studded cast of major celebrities like Jack Black, who after Year One, The Holiday and Gulliver's Travels knows something about bombs, ex-junkie Natasha Lyonne pretending she can read, and Morgan Freeman, who is so out of it that he's falling asleep during interviews, try to explain that if Iran doesn't get nukes via Obama's deal, it will nuke us.

They're corrected by a panel of discredited jokes like fake secret agent and failed celebrity Valerie Plame and a leading member of the Iran Lobby, Thomas Pickering. Also the Queen of a Muslim country where much of the population supports ISIS. And they launch into their own lectures about how Iran probably won't nuke the US, but how we might end up in a war if we don't let it get the bomb... or something.

If you don't have the sound on it looks like a commercial for genital herpes and even if you have the sound on, you can almost see Jack Black and Natasha Lyonne getting ready to explain how they live a normal life just by taking 5 Nuketrex a day.

Or, more plausibly, it could be a commercial for the next season of Celebrity Rehab. Natasha Lyonne threatening to sexually molest someone's dog could have lived things up.

[iframe name="aswift_0" width="804" height="90" id="aswift_0" frameborder="0" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" scrolling="no" vspace="0" hspace="0" allowfullscreen="true" style="left: 0px; top: 0px; position: absolute;" allowtransparency="true"][/iframe]

Actress Natasha Lyonne, the star of "American Pie" accused of threatening to sexually molest a dog, turned herself in at a New York court on Friday.

In the court complaint, Lyonne's former roommate claimed Lyonne trashed their apartment and then banged on a neighbor's door, rushed into that apartment and picked up her dog, telling the woman, "I'm going to sexually molest your dog."

Now that's a real mic drop.

The theme of this is Don't Play Politics With National Security (while they're trying to make it go viral as Jack Black drops the mic on something or other) which is a funny name from Global Zero, a group that is trying to play politics with national security while assembling a cast of discredited Democrats to do just that.

It's a lame effort considering that two years ago Global Zero was able to get Matt Damon, Robert De Niro, Michael Douglas, Morgan Freeman, Naomi Watts and Christoph Waltz to push their program. This time they've had to settle for Jack Black, whose movie career failed, Natasha Lyonne, who failed at life in every way possible and Morgan Freeman, who may or may not know what year it is.

Oh and Global Zero is partly funded by the Ploughshares Fund which has been a major player in pushing the Iran nuke sellout. The Ploughshares Fund plays politics with national security the way that failures like Jack Black and Natasha Lyonne sign up for a cause they don't understand to pimp a nuclear Iran when they probably can't find Iran on a map or even spell Iran.
