I'll bake it for 10 minutes at 400 degrees and serve it with a Tzatziki sauce.

(will use lemon cucumber as that is all I have.)

Tzatziki Sauce

¼ cup non fat Greek Yogurt (I used Fage)
1/3 cup grated English cucumber, peeled or unpeeled - your preference
1 tbsp. tarragon vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 small garlic clove, minced
¼ tsp. kosher salt"
