Wages vs home prices and rents weren't out of line in the Bay Area or NYC pre Reagan....LOL Sorry incomes haven't come close to keeping up with the stratosopheric rise of home prices.

Is as delusional as thinking we envy Silicon Valley and debt slavery for the next generation in the rest of the country.. My homes generate a very comfortable amount of cash flow and my tenants spend less than 25% in most cases of income on rent so I am doing my part. How about you?
