I too came across WTT by accident the other day. Their URL also implies that they are in the business of testing lines:<s>

Noise Com is the arm of WTT that makes the test equipment. This site is verrrrry slow, for some reason, and it was quirky to deal with. I'll try again some time when the cyber-weather is better. Speaking about quirky, I've been locked out of SI here for about an hour this evening, from about 9:30 until now (10:55). Anyone else have problems getting in?
