The five Windows 10 installs today were all UPGRADES from Windows 8.1.

So I UPGRADED two desktops, four systems/partitions and one laptop. I did not experience any issues. The install system will sometimes go black for a while, where you lose the progress dial. On the laptop, it went black for over 20 minutes, but it seemed to go fine.
