China is actually a hybrid of Communism and Capitalism. The people that build the infrastructure are paid for their labor so there is no issue there. Socialism makes people lazy since they depend on the govt for everything. Why work hard to get ahead if the govt is going to take most of what you make. Its actually immoral when you get right down to it. Example Sanders absurd 90% tax bracket.
