A PP means Private Placement. I don't know at what price but the person who's in the company is very enthousiastic and she knows the results of the third drilling phase.
As I mention earlier, EEL will send a news soon about the results and there will be some money injected in order to continue the project.
My personnal target is App. 4.00$
