Donald I don't think this is a concern at this time. I don't know the Nasdaq rules and don't feel inclined to research this right now because I feel very strongly this is not a concern of course. There are many reasons why... least of all even pink the stock with a book of 4 dollars behind it is not going any lower... this is the worst of it. bargain basement stuff pay 20 cnts on the dollar... Other things are more important. They need to push out the three systmes now backloged and get their clinical going and revenue and positive cash flow going ASAP. because the sooner this happens and they finish it the sooner we can see some benefit from this investment.. You may be right about this, however in this company's case I worry more about them getting to their business and staying ahead of the competition.. and turning out the best product. luis
