This White House routinely uses this tactic when someone puts them in an extremely uncomfortable position as Cotton clearly has done.

Read my lips: He's a joke. Anyone watching that vid you posted can see it. Unfortunately, you are so brainwashed you can't see it. He's a cross between a boy scout and Austin Powers. He was trying to make it seem like he had uncovered some secret deal when it had been public knowledge for two weeks.

This is a scandal free WH....... what's sad is that that's a concept Rs have trouble accepting because they are so crooked.
