B is carrying on a one way conversation - He never has to see what A is saying but he shoves posts into A's face.
A can put B onto Ignore.

If A still has a problem ignoring B's posts even after putting him on Ignore, then A is the one who needs to grow a thicker skin.

B of course is being a troll and probably knows that he can get underneath A's skin. But that's the Internet for you. Trolls can feel significant by playing these games.
