DJ, you're right, I should have added the words "at this time" to the end of my statement. Looking at their latest 10Q(which by the way is the only thing the company sent me from my request for company literature) seems to show a fairly solid balance sheet. One concern has to be the bankruptcy that was filed July 10,1997 by the Medication Management Tech division(Now LifeServ) and the results of the reorganization plans that are currently being prepared. The cash position as of Sept30'97 was 445,000 with working capital $3,609,000. Does anyone know in general what working capital consists of??? Dave B
