AILe: To complicate matters look at the 10/Q of 5/12/97 which indictes a credit agreement described as, "financial covenants". The May 10/Q notes that on 3/29/97 TRUV a "waiver" existed regarding that "financial covenants". It goes on to indicate that, "absent further substantial losses..." with regards to the noted "financial covenants". However, within the latest 11/97 10/Q there is an indication of no outstanding debt within their "line of credit." So does that mean that the above noted earlier 5/97 10Q, "financial covenants" agreement and its waiver are history ?

Now as I have noted before I have no background in economic reports; but could you enlighten me with regards to the "financial covenants" credit stuff ? Is that something that exists in most 10/Qs ?

Thanks
