My answer was short and solid.

I don't really want to spend my Saturday writing an obvious but long essay regarding Al Gore's relationship with the scientific method. This is a decade-old predictably rhetorical thread with one side who refuses to believe any published data or consensus of prestigious U.S. and global science bodies.

My serious discussion gets responded to with an ad hominem attack by the three people here that read it and explode in indignation at such a preposterous reality that Gore quotes... good science.

I.b. goin' out now for Saturday chores, and then some (sustainable) sushi.
