You're speaking of a "heat index", NOT a "temperature". It translates to 117 degrees F at relative humidity of 43%.

In Iraq the actual temp yesterday was 52ºC or 126ºF. In Iran it was 70ºC or 158ºF. Actual temps and heat index temps are fairly close because its dry heat with humidity considerably lower than 43%. So yeah, Bentway was entitled to have a cow.
