BTW, where was/is the Republican alternative to the ACA??? After all the "promises" it was coming. Outside of the years of conferences and debate, the GOP House members never offered ANYTHING different from the ACA. Only whining and rhetorical bomb throwing, 7x24. This will be their legacy.
