Once again I thank you and your wife for posting her recipe for baked beans. We had our family picnic yesterday and there were over 40 people in attendance. I kept getting accolades for the beans....they loved them. This year I did a double recipe and used over 2 lbs of nice lean side pork. Had to cook longer because the pot was almost full, went about 14 hours in total. Simply delicious.
