Sylvain,
Welcome to our own little personal hell here! Good explanation for it is:
Company X 's stock price is $0.75. Company X needs financing.
Company X cuts deal with Select. Deal consists of company X giving "Select" XX,XXX,XXX amount of shares at $0.25 for X,XXX,XXX amount of
dollars. "Select" then starts slowly shorting shares against the block
to lock in their profits. If "Select" chooses to "Select" buys shares back "very slowly" at $0.12 to cover, thereby making a huge profit on the shorted shares and still holding what is essentially free shares now.

I bet you'll find if you check further that most of these companies' prices took big slides starting directly after a finance deal was made by "Select". I am only speculating but if you decide to do that much detective work let us know. I appreciate what you have already done with regard to "Select" and other companies' share prices. I think it tells us to look out for "Select" in the future.
Again welcome.
Sincerely,
Hraka
