Kevin: Please check with the FBN-Retail mail order department to see what happened to my Holiday purchases. I expected to receive them already boxed, wrapped, and ready to deliver. Still haven't even received a confirmation notice from the "fully automated" email purchase order system. I fear that perhaps the advertised 0% error rate is in jeopardy.

Just to recap my purchase ...

Quantity: 37 Description: "The Sedona Nightshirt, perfect for surfin' 'n' snoozin'...Night or day? Buy, sell or nap? It's all the same in the soft, serene lines of this cotton sleep shirt. Generous bib in front keeps your keyboard drool-free. 10% discount for AARP members."

I'm considering hiring several members of the local "Red Rockin' Grannies" singing troup. We have several openings in Nice, and I thought that the giving of FBN-Gifts would persuade them to take their act on the road. A couple of weeks' training should make them highly productive members of our staff.

By the way, in case you haven't had a chance to take in the "Red Rockin' Grannies" act, I highly recommend you do so next time you're at FBN's Sedona Corporate Headquarters. Quite stimulating (in a musical sort of way, that is).
