roni, this is a great time to have cash and sit on one's hands for 1-6 mos. as I am seeing a once or twice in a lifetime opportunity coming soon in energy -- total returns for the usual names will likely exceed opportunity cost of holding cash for a couple or so months -- almost a 100% sure thing, IMO... but, you have good instincts and am sure you have a much better idea of how to achieve your goals -- which I may or may not have any idea of what those are or your plan to achieve them, so I won't pound the table about it... for my own part, the percentage of my combined PFs earmarked for energy DGI positions (for new money or redeployed from previous/existing positions) is sitting in cash for the moment, though the midstream segment (pipelines/infrastructure) is looking mighty tempting right now, too as this is the only sector in energy where there is a physical shortage... I may end up splitting my plays 50-50 and begin nibbling on midstream, while waiting for a confirmed bottom in the rest of the energy universe.
