Truly, you need to get outside the small internet bubble of echo, and ask some hearts-and-bones liberals.

My son in-law now serves as an officer in the Army, served in Iraq, and is as liberal as I am. He is typical of the educated men and women who proudly serve. My late father flew B-29s in WWII -- and voted for Democrats since "I welcome their hate", New Deal FDR. He didn't like to talk politics because my Mothers father was an active Republican as were some of his business suppliers and customers.

You are surrounded by America loving liberals every day; they are often scared of the vitriol and don't choose to engage today's rabid angry conservatives. They love America in a way you cannot know.

I listen to RW radio and generally all I hear is how terrible Americans are. And how the white male heterosexual Christians are VICTIMS of the modern U.S.A. culture.
