TED, not sure why you're having problems with our "fully-automated" e-mail purchase system. We did an end-to-end proof of concept between Kevin and me when I ordered a box of those Vertex thingies and I put them in production a few days ago and fully tested them. And, I am happy to say, nothing leaked out to the media. So, now that we have a success with one delivery, I propose we prepare a press release saying we have a 100% success rate. Furthermore, I can honestly say that I have not read a single thing from or about any mail-order company that claims to have an error-free delivery rate. I think there may yet be life for FBN post 2000. - Jeff
