SS
Medicare/Medicaid
Obamacare Subsidies
Interest on the debt

The rest of it, not a problem, and in fact, in the out years, reductions in other components of the deficit will actually help REDUCE the deficit from the above programs.

NOW. WHO CREATED THOSE THREE PROGRAMS?

As you pointed out THAT is the relevant point.
