Has it occurred to you that contraception isn't the problem here? I suspect not. There are a thousand places blacks and Latinos can get contraception. And according to Obamacare, it is supposed to be free.

What's happening here is that we [taxpayers] are paying for Medicaid, then turning around and paying for this Planned Parenthood nonsense ON TOP OF IT.

Here in Hicksville, AR, where you think I live, we call that Double Dippin'.

This is a half billion a year of waste.
