About DGSD ... OAK is not a new investor. See biz.yahoo.com for an earlier announcement of the new financing. OAK is moving from an old series to this new one. Note especially that they had to proceed without shareholder approval because of "the company's financial situation". That means that a 3 month or 6 month wait would likely have sent them out of business. I'm scared off by a company close to the brink. The MSFT involvement is interesting though. Of course, 5 mil is only a tiny blip in their cash position. jg
