knight: I was not saying that the stock would move dramatically higher
when certified numbers are released...I agree that it will take more than
that. My point was in response to yours. You said that shareholders
were concerned about dilution once the trading restriction was lifted. My
point is this: Once the restrictions are lifted, management will not
sell a lot of stock if the certified numbers are good. Thus, the larger
float/dilution should not affect the stock price. If the numbers are bad,
the stock price will go down, no matter how diluted the stock is.
