This is already the case. No federal funding of Planned Parenthood goes towards abortion services. PP receives reimbursements for other Women's health services from Medicaid, unrelated to abortion. Were you unaware of this? So what is it that you are arguing for?

The fellow who made the highly edited and misleading videos is, admittedly, an anti-abortion activist. His purpose in making the video is to stop all abortion. Period. His funding came from anti-abortion organizations.
