Recently a TX Democratic state legislator made a false claim of abuse by state police officer (the Democratic legislator was clocked at 94 mph). He claimed the officer verbally abused him but an audio tape showed the abuse claim was a flat out lie.

And a liberal professor in CT made another false claim of abuse by a police officer during a traffic stop. Again an audio tape cleared the cop and revealed the professor to be liar.

Then there was Tom Toles, fired from the LA Times for making a similar false claim of abuse by a police officer. Once again, a tape proved the abuse claim was a lie.

These things are showing 1) the value of audio and video tape and 2) that liberals love their hoaxes and lie like rugs.
