That's silly.

There's 50 years worth left, known to exist and be recoverable. That will probably double as usage slows. There is no reason we should need ANY of it beyond that. We have plenty of technology alternatives. And the recoverable reserves will likely double again. And we're already transitioning a lot of trucks (garbage trucks, buses, other heavy use fleet vehicles) to natural gas.

We face far bigger problems than any impending threat of running out of oil.

Like Iran with Nukes.
