I tried again yesterday to get Windows 10 to load on this laptop to no avail. I get all the "go ahead" indicators, telling me to continue. All I ever get is to the box with the rotating dots. That goes on until I finally hit the red X to kill the attempt. I've decided my only option will be to make sure I have hours to spend with Microsoft on the phone. That seems to be my only hope of seeing Win 10 here.

Interestingly, while I signed up for Windows 10 on this laptop the same day I did so on my desktop I've received NO notification of Windows 10 being available for the desktop. At least a couple weeks, maybe a bit longer.

Does anyone know if there is a way for me to locate and uninstall whatever Windows 10 has loaded to my laptop? Perhaps a clean start over would do the trick and avoid the Microsoft phone call.
